The series Arabia Orientalis deals with the archaeology and cultural history of the Eastern part of the Arabian peninsula, especially the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates. The focus is on final publications of archaeological excavations and scientific studies. Further, the contributions to conferences and meetings are published in the form of anthologies. The series is also open to the publication of archaeological field research in neighboring regions such as Saudi Arabia and Iran.
