The series "Conferences and Congresses" publishes contributions from events that were organized by the DAI or took place with the participation of the DAI. Thematically, the series covers the entire spectrum of archaeology and ancient studies, including building research. The series is particularly open to conference concepts with a working and thesis character and is also intended to promote discourse on methodological issues or theoretical approaches.

To enable rapid dissemination of the results, all volumes of this series will be made available simultaneously with the print edition via the publication portal iDAI.publications.
